Testing

Test conditionsFamily member of IFS05RD2-CTB-BLK (DiiA Product ID 13477). Differs only in housing colour; same DALI circuit, hardware version 1.0 and firmware version 1.0 as the family reference product. Tested in-house at ambient temperature using the Probit test system ProbitLab2 (hardware ID 361, firmware 4.14) with ProbitBench 4.7.1.0 and DiiA V2 test sequences version 2.7.0.0, DALI edition 2. The DUT is bus-powered from the test system and contains no auxiliary power supply. Tests carried out on this product in operating mode 0x00 at factory-default settings: IEC 62386-103 test 2.1 (test preamble) and test 6.1 (READ MEMORY LOCATION on memory bank 0), 2 tests, 0 failures, 0 errors, 0 warnings. MB0 readout confirms GTIN 810233690004 and hardware/firmware version 1.0. All other test results: refer to the family reference product.

Technical

Bus current consumption

Maximum current consumed from the bus power supply. If no value shown, 2mA is required.

10
Guaranteed supply current

Current that this bus power supply can provide. Total must be sufficient to provide the total "bus current consumption" of all devices.

0
Maximum supply current

Highest current that this bus power supply may provide. Total must not exceed 250mA.

Product reference product description

IFS05RD2 series: DALI-2 luminaire-mounted multi-sensor with an integrated application controller, for integration into luminaires. Each product provides one logical control device unit with an occupancy/movement sensor instance (instance type 3, IEC 62386-303) and a light sensor instance (instance type 4, IEC 62386-304), together with a multi-master application controller, and complies with IEC 62386-351 for luminaire-mounted control devices (Type B, bus-powered, no auxiliary supply). Sensor parameters and the behaviour of the application controller can also be configured using an IR remote control; the IR remote-control interface is not DALI-2 certified. Family members differ only in housing colour (black / white). All family members share the same DALI circuit, hardware version and firmware version.

Description

Bus-powered DALI-2 luminaire-mounted multi-sensor with an integrated application controller, white housing. One logical control device unit with two input instances: instance type 3 - occupancy/movement sensor (IEC 62386-303) and instance type 4 - light sensor (IEC 62386-304), plus a multi-master application controller that controls DALI-2 control gear on the same bus and that automatically disables itself when another application controller is present on the bus, as required for a Type B luminaire-mounted control device. Complies with IEC 62386-351 (luminaire-mounted control devices, Type B, no auxiliary supply). Sensor parameters and the application-controller behaviour can also be configured using an IR remote control. The IR remote-control interface is not DALI-2 certified. Certification applies only for DALI communication using the DALI terminals, marked 'DA'. Family member of the IFS05RD2 series: differs from the family reference product IFS05RD2-CTB-BLK (DiiA Product ID 13477) only in housing colour (white instead of black).
